FABRICATION
COMMISSIONING
Preparation
Scope and requirement: Obtaining a clear definition of scope and actual requirement of the commissioning.
Planning: Organizing commissioning team, developing team activities and training programs. Document and checklist preparation. Preparing commissioning and standard operating procedures.
Implementation
Check Build and Pre-commissioning: Cleaning, inspection, punch lists, and construction completion with completion of pre-commissioning stage.
Handover to Commissioning Team: Handover from construction to commissioning team and review scope.
Testing: Dry checks, leak tests, commission on safe chemicals, train and pre start-up safety reviews.
Start-Up: Commission on process chemicals with vendors, train operations and maintenance personnel.
Verify: Verify plant and products against design and quality parameters: process, equipment, product.
Close-out
Handover to Plant: Review acceptance criteria. Handover commissioning documentation to plant. Personnel training.
